Results of your pull test provide critical insight for us to assess the structural ability of your new roof to withstand high wind events (I.E Tropical storms, hurricanes etc).

Depending on the height, and location of the property in Florida, different wind loads can affect the uplift value of your roof potentially causing problems now and down the road for membrane tears, leaks, and ultimately water intrusion into your building. This project located in a high wind zone was installed with #15 Heavy duty screws at 6” on center, further improving your property to withstanding harsh wind events in Florida we utilized Duro-Last’s proprietary two-way vents that increase uplift resistance.
